These Terms and Conditions define the conditions of use of the website https://strus.shop/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), operated by Savne Štrus d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).

Use of the Website is free of charge. Before using the Website, we advise you to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions, as by using the Website you agree to the terms stated herein. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

The Website is intended for presenting our product range and is not a sales platform. Savne Štrus is a wholesale company and sells its products exclusively to businesses. End customers can purchase our products from our business partners all over the world.

Price lists and published prices

On the Website, you will find price lists of the products in our offer. All product prices are published inclusive of VAT and stated in EUR. Savne Štrus d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Typographical errors cannot be excluded. Any discounts are granted in accordance with a previously concluded contract or by agreement.

Warranty terms

All products in our offer carry a warranty under the manufacturer’s terms, as stated on the warranty certificate. If goods subject to a mandatory warranty do not function properly or lack the features listed in the warranty certificate or advertisement, the customer has the right to request defect rectification. The warranty procedure can be initiated directly with an authorized service center or with Savne Štrus d.o.o. The service process must not exceed 45 days from receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the Provider must supply the customer with an identical, new, faultless product. If the seller fails to repair the defect or replace the product within 45 days, the customer may withdraw from the contract or request a price reduction. The 45-day period begins on the date the service center, manufacturer, or seller receives the goods.

Material defects

Consumers may lodge a complaint regarding a material defect for all purchased products, regardless of the warranty conditions for each product. A consumer may lodge a claim for a material defect with the seller within 2 months of discovering the defect, and no later than 2 years from the date of purchase.

In case of a material defect, the consumer may request one of the following:

• correction of the defect,
• refund of the amount paid in proportion to the defect,
• replacement of the product, or
• refund of the full purchase price.

When lodging a claim for a material defect, the consumer must describe the defect in detail in the defect notification and allow the seller to inspect the product. If the defect is not disputed, the seller must comply with the consumer’s request as soon as possible, and no later than within 8 days. If the defect is disputed, the seller must provide the consumer with a written response within 8 days.

A defect is considered material if:

1. the product does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for circulation,
2. the product does not have the characteristics necessary for the specific use for which the buyer purchased it, which was known or should have been known to the seller,
3. the product lacks the characteristics and qualities that were explicitly or implicitly agreed upon or prescribed,
4. the seller delivered a product that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown for informational purposes only.
